Cape Town 2004

Successful AfrEA conference. In just a few years AfrEA has emerged as one of the most vibrant regional evaluation networks in the world. IOCE was one of the partners in the3rd AfrEA conference in December 2004. We were responsible for: a pre conference session on building evaluation associations and a strand in the conference on evaluation and cultural diversity.

In addition members of the IOCE Board ran training events and presented/organized sessions at the conference.
