Kuala Lumpur 2004: First Asian Evaluation meeting

The Malaysian Evaluation Society has been an enthusiastic supporter of the IOCE concept. In April 2004 the MES hosted one of the first gatherings of evaluators from many parts of Asia. People came from India, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka. IOCE Board members actively participated in the seminar and MES conference. Hopefully we will soon see important new evaluation regional networks in Asia!
