Monitoring and Evaluation Manager – Pakistan
Cowater International, a management consulting
firm based in Ottawa, seeks a field-based manager experienced
in managing the start-up and implementation phases of a
large Monitoring and Evaluation Framework in a post-disaster
setting.
| Qualifications include but are not limited
to: |
| • |
familiarity with a broad range of strategic
and technical issues related to refining and implementing; |
| • |
experience managing development projects
overseas; |
| • |
experience in strengthening institutional
capacities in performance measure systems and procedures; |
| • |
effective English-language report-writing,
communication, and client relation skills. |
| |
| Assets include: |
| • |
Graduate degree; |
| • |
Minimum of 10 years experience in Monitoring and Evaluation; |
| • |
Familiarity with management information systems; |
| • |
Training in results based management. |
